As Chief Executive Officer, Maynard Gottlieb is responsible for

Inc. Mr. Gottlieb began his career in the new home building industry
and has accumulated over 35 years of real estate experience. Gottlieb,
who has been featured by the Baltimore Business Journal, Baltimore
Magazine and The Baltimore Sun among others, has been stirring
up controversy- with his internet-friendly real estate company,
Mr. Lister Realty. Gottlieb describes his company as a means of
offering sellers, "an alternative to the conventional real-estate-way
of doing business." Sensing a shift in both home buyers' and sellers'
needs, Gottlieb empowers sellers to be in control of their own
sales transactions while also saving clients thousands in listing
commissions.

Hillary Gibbons
Executive Vice President Sales and Operations, Associate Broker

As Vice President, Hillary Gibbons is responsible
for overseeing technical consulting and business development while
combining
innovative Internet solutions for both Buyers and Sellers. Gibbons
is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors®,
Maryland Association of Realtors and the Greater Baltimore Board
of Realtors. She draws from eleven years of marketing experience
to ensure Mr. Lister Realty provides top-rated customer focused
services to home Buyers and Sellers in all new markets opened
by the company.

Gordon White
Senior Vice President of Business Development |
A 1965 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and classmate of the infamous former Navy and Dallas Cowboy football star Roger Staubach, White served in the U.S. Navy for twenty-two years retiring in 1987 with the rank of Commander. White had many challenging duties in the Navy, his favorite being a four year tour of duty in Atsugi, Japan. After his departure from the Navy, he relocated to Baltimore and was one of the co-founders of Mr. Lister Realty. White instituted policy and procedures while also motivationally speaking to a growing staff. White was highly instrumental in laying the ground work for the success that the company enjoys today. |

Mrs. Jones started with Mr. Lister Realty in 1998 and has been
instrumental in taking the necessary steps to draw the attention

to the company's success. Her various marketing resources have proved
