For Sale Sign and Wood Post

Contract of Sale Preparation
Do you have a Buyer not represented by an agent? Do you need to have a Contract of Sale drawn? If this is the case and you and the Buyer can come to an agreed price, Mr. Lister Realty, Inc.® can draw a complete Contract. Information will be obtained from both you and your Buyer in order to prepare three sets of a Contract of Sale, one for the Buyer, the Seller and the Mortgage Company. Individual Addendums
Typically, the Buyer presents a Contract of Sale to the Seller. But not every sale is the same. You may have a Buyer that is not represented by an Agent or Attorney. Then, contact our office and request a professional Contract Consultation with our Broker. Mr. Gottlieb will review your Contract of Sale, calculate your closing costs, net the proceeds and advise you as to your next course of action with the Buyer and or Buyers' Agent.
