any property is considered a Change and will therefore require
a $20 administration fee. After your property information
has been submitted to Mr. Lister Realty, Inc. there will
be NO REFUNDS. There are no refunds issued on the Quick List,
yard signs, lock boxes, contract consultations, Contract
of Sale preparation or individual addendums. Owners wishing
to cancel a settlement, must do so within 48 hours of scheduled
date and time in order to receive refund in the amount of
$275.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE
In using this site and the services offered herein,
you agree to hold harmless any of Mr. Lister’s officers,
directors, employees or agents from any liability for damages
arising out of or in connection with the use of this site
or any third party site/content/service referenced herein.
