How Mr. Lister Realty® works…

Click on the tool bar on our home page “Sell My Home- Quick List™ Today, “ you will begin the simple process of listing your property and saving thousands of dollars.

  • You start by registering your name, etc. (30 seconds)
  • Answer questions about your property (10 minutes)
  • Choose the services you desire, i.e. additional photos (1 minute)
  • Entering your credit card information (Visa/MasterCard) (30 seconds)
  • Print and sign your documents (5 minutes)
  • Fax signed documents to Mr. Lister to be entered into the MLS

Exposure for your property…

When Mr. Lister receives your signed documentation, (which includes Disclosure Statements and information on your property) it will then be entered into the MLS and posted on approximately 100 Real Estate websites. This exposure alone represents millions of potential Buyers and over 45,000 Real Estate Agents.

Your name and contact number will be entered into the MLS as the Showing Contact so Realtors® can call you directly. Your contact information will also be entered into mrlisterrealty.com®, as well as your email address. Any potential Buyers that contact our office will be forwarded to you, the Seller. Our goal is to provide as much possible exposure for your property as possible.

Only when Mr. Lister Realty, Inc.® has received your signed documents and payment, will you be entered into the MLS and 100 Real Estate websites.

Refunds are permitted only if the Seller does not fax the documentation to Mr. Lister Realty. Twenty dollars will be charged for processing refunds.

Our simple yet robust online listing process enables Sellers to easily log back into their account and submit their own photo(s), make changes to their listing, update their status to Contract or purchase additional services.
