| After the registration page, you will begin entering property information into our Quick List database(***THIS IS NOT THE MLS***) |

| Choose the Quick List Package and additional services that are right for you and purchase with your Visa/MasterCard |

Step 4 |
| Print the documents that have been compiled about your property information from our database |
|
Step 5 |
| Review and make changes on the documents if necessary |

| Step 6 |
Sign documents and fax to MR. LISTER REALTY, INC.

| Step 7 |
***Document information is entered into the MLS ***

Property information will not be entered into the MLS until Mr. Lister Realty, Inc. ® receives your signed documents by fax. |
