Requirements…
  1. You have a Buyer for your property
  2. Your Buyer may or may not be represented by a Real Estate Agent
For 1% of the Sale Price of your property, Mr. Lister will:
  • Draw Maryland Residential Contract of Sale
  • Negotiate for you with Buyer or Buyer's Agent
  • Coordinate all inspections
  • Monitor and report the Buyer's mortgage progress
  • Become point of contact with Buyer’s Realtor, Title Company and Buyers
  • Calculate closing costs for Seller
  • Evaluate settlement sheet to ensure all debits and credits are correct
  • Attend settlement with Seller
 
Technically, all work performed by Mr. Lister Realty, Inc.® is completed prior to Seller’s property settling. Therefore, one thousand dollars will be paid in advance and placed into escrow by Mr. Lister Realty, Inc. When the Seller’s property settles, one thousand dollars will be deducted from the one percent of the sales price, owed Mr. Lister Realty, Inc.®. Should the property not settle for any reason, Mr. Lister Realty, Inc.® will retain the one thousand dollars for services rendered.
