Today is my second transaction with Mr. Lister Realty! From selling investment properties to buying my own Single Family Home! Jeremy is phenomenal! He was super patient throughout a very tough and selective process for that ideal home that took me from PG County to Howard County and finally settling on Montgomery County. Our requirements were very strict. Large lot, no HOA (which was surprisingly hard!!!) and large home and under $800,000. Beauty was optional! 🤣 It took a lot of effort and work to find the right home. We even lost one deal during the government shutdown only to pickup and start back again.
