Hi, my name is Jeremy McDonough, and I am the new Broker and Owner of Mr Lister Realty. For those of you who don’t know, I regret to inform you that our friend, visionary, and creator of Mr Lister, Maynard Gottlieb, passed away in February of this year.
Maynard was well ahead of his time in understanding that not everyone needs the traditional full service real estate brokerage. He envisioned and created an alternative for sellers who can do most of the work themselves, with the support of a licensed Broker. It is my honor and privilege to carry on his legacy and continue to provide outstanding services to our clients, while saving them the expense of paying a traditional commission to a listing agent.
It is in this spirit of savings that I am proud to announce to you today that in the 8 short months since taking over the business, we have surpassed 1 million dollars in listing commission savings for our clients!
We want to thank each and every one of our clients for their continued business and support during this delicate time. Over the next few months and years, we will continue our mission of saving our sellers money while also expanding our footprint in the Midatlantic region.
