Kelly Denham is a Managing Partner at Mr. Lister Realty and one of the key people working behind the scenes to make sure our clients have a smooth, straightforward experience from listing to closing.

Kelly found her way into real estate as a second career in 2017. Before that, she was a teacher in the Baltimore County Public School system and later took time away from the workforce to stay home and raise her young family.

Her path into real estate started somewhat unexpectedly. While helping a friend search for a new home, Kelly discovered how much she enjoyed the process: researching properties, understanding the market, and helping someone find the right fit. That experience sparked a new career. She enrolled in real estate classes, earned her license less than a year later, and hasn’t stopped learning since.

After several years working directly with buyers and sellers as an agent, Kelly transitioned into the role of Managing Partner at Mr. Lister Realty. Her experience on the agent side gives her a unique perspective on what sellers need, what can make the process confusing, and, most importantly, how to make it easier.

Kelly is a member of both the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR). Through her professional memberships, continuing education, and her own commitment to staying informed, she keeps up with industry changes, requirements, and best practices that can affect Maryland buyers and sellers.

If you choose our Quick List or Seller’s Choice package, Kelly will be your primary point of contact. She guides sellers through the process from start to finish, answers questions, keeps the details organized, and makes sure clients know what to expect along the way. A former teacher at heart, she believes real estate doesn’t need to feel complicated when someone takes the time to explain it clearly.

And “organized” might be an understatement. Kelly is a self-proclaimed stickler for details and genuinely enjoys researching the rules, requirements, and ever-changing ins and outs of real estate.

Beyond helping our sellers, Kelly is also the voice behind much of Mr. Lister Realty’s content. She manages our social media, writes our blog, and oversees our Saturday email community, helping us educate Maryland buyers and sellers and show people that there can be a smarter, more flexible way to approach real estate.

Whether she’s helping a seller navigate a listing, digging into the details of a real estate question, or creating content for our community, Kelly’s goal is the same: make real estate easier to understand and help people feel confident about what comes next.
