OMG! Let me share with everyone my experience with Mr. Lister. If you are looking for that personalized attention to help sell your home - then request the services of Jeremy McDonough. I reached out to the Mr. Lister brokerage based on a referral to sell my parents' home. The individual who provided the referral merely used their basic plan service only to list apartment rentals and had no idea of the broad services offered, nor the insights on how informed and knowledgeable Mr. Jeremy was on the various areas such as strategic marketing, loan assistance, Maryland housing laws, inspection laws, home improvement contractors, and so forth. It was not until later throughout this journey that we came across the referral individual again to thank them for the referral and to provide feedback on the wonderful rapport we had established with our broker. We elected to purchase the Discounted Full-Service Plan and let me tell you - DO NOT GO WITH THE BASIC OPTION. OMG! the discounted full-service plan was so well worth it. His photographer did an excellent job with the professional photos. The lighting was right on point; and the individual highlighted all the main attractions. So much better than my photos that I had taken and submitted. We had several open house events and guess what - Mr. Jeremy overseed those functions - there was nothing for us to do... loved it:) The professional sign in the yard was an eye catcher to all who drove buy, sparking individuals' curiosity. With the package plan we purchased --we literally did not have to do a thing. We all know how stressful it can be to sell/purchase a home. Mr. Jeremy took care everything and keep us in the loop the entire time. . . constantly providing us with updates through emails, text messages and phone calls, all throughout the day. He never made a decision without our input, which was great. He pleasant provided his opinion and accepted our decisions. In several areas, we tended to lean on his expertise and just flew with it. Let me just say: Here are a few traits I have come to learn and experience about Mr. Jeremy during this home journey:--he is personable: Extremely easy to work with. Our overall impression is that he was friendly, pleasant. He is a people-person who joys helping others. He loves to conversate:)--Diligent Worker: Mr. Jeremy does not like any loose ends hanging. He completes all tasks to the highest satisfaction. He will id dedicated to making his clients happy. He makes you feel equally important as all the rest of his clients.-- Not easily distracted: Mr. Jeremy stays on course without any problems--PATIENT: Extremely patient! We never felt rushed with dealing with Mr. Jeremy. Honestly, I could go on about my broker, but I know that there is a word limit on this google review. He truly went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty to sell my parents' home.Did I mention that Mr. Jeremy is not only a real estate agent - but he is a BROKER of Mr. Lister - full of knowledge. He wears this cap, and you never know what he will pull from under his cap to help you along your home journey. Mr. Jeremy not only sells homes, but he also provides you with the necessary assistance with purchasing a home, from reviewing the contract, to providing and reviewing with you the net worksheet, to inspecting the home with you. Well, after my parents' home sold, we turned right around and utilized the services of Mr. Lister to then purchase a new home. Of course we kept Jeremy for our broker. We had that contract singed, all the bells and whistles completed within 2.5 - 3 weeks. Mr. Jeremey had us at the closing table at THREE WEEKS? Yea, that is what I am taking about - diligent, hardworking. I cannot repay him enough. Our family is so pleased about the entire experience with working with Mr. Jeremy.
